Alison and Keith Rogers own and run a small family run Adult Only Caravan site, which is open from March to October, and is situated in the tranquil village of Deeping St James in Lincolnshire on the edge of Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, and Rutland borders.
As caravanners ourselves for many years, when we set up our Caravan Club CL site in 1996, adjacent to this touring site, we knew what we would want on a site and planned it accordingly. We have carried on that ethos onto the touring site which is open to the public.
The site is a 3/4 of an acre level lawned paddock with three sides consisting of trees and shrubs while one side is open to country views.
Nine pitches are hardstanding and two pitches are grass, all are situated around the edge of the fully landscaped and level lawned site giving each pitch plenty of room.
Each pitch is fully serviced with mains tap, mains waste and electric hook-up. We sell water connection kits and additional waste pipes to enable you to take full advantage of our pitches.
The site has secure access, mains electric hook ups, night lights, chemical disposal point, waste/recycling point and a MV service point for Motorhomes.
Own sanitation is required.
The grass is mown regularly with the cuttings collected.
In order to maximise the tranquillity of your stay we provide a generous parking area at the edge of the site. Three pitches have parking adjacent to them for disabled caravanners.
Awnings are permitted but no ground sheets on grass pitches.
There is a large 2 acre dog exercise area on site and plenty of country walks nearby, some directly from the site.
We also have free Wi-Fi internet connections.
We are located in a quiet rural lane, 5 minutes walk to the village with pubs, shops, takeaways, public transport, and Leisure Centre.
The site, which is not restricted to club members, is run to the same high standard as the adjacent award winning Keal Lodge Caravan & Motorhome Club CL, winner of 9 Caravan & Motorhome Club awards in 22 yrs including winning the CL of the Year 2009, 3 runner up Awards and 5 regional awards.
